Pre-Op / PACU Sedation Registered Nurse
Alaska Digestive Center
Alaska Digestive Center seeks an experienced RN to provide pre-op, PACU, and sedation care for outpatient endoscopy patients. Responsibilities include pre-procedure assessments, starting IVs, preparing patients for GI procedures, administering and monitoring moderate sedation under physician direction, and providing safe post-anesthesia recovery and discharge teaching. The RN will collaborate closely with gastroenterologists and clinical staff, follow strict safety and infection control standards, and support a patient-centered environment focused on comfort, dignity, and quality outcomes in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery setting.
