Remote Triage Nurse (RN) — Patient Care & Coordination

Betances Health Center is hiring a Remote Triage Nurse (RN) to provide telephonic clinical assessments, care coordination, and patient education. In this role, you will support timely access to care, promote patient safety, and help reduce unnecessary emergency department visits by accurately assessing patient symptoms and guiding them to the appropriate level of care.
