This is the place to do your life's best work.(sm)The Data Analyst II will manage robotics programming to automate processes and data management for reporting, analytics, and system functionalities. This role will also include data integrity validation for multiple systems to ensure communication between them is intact and to identify defects. The Data Analyst II will manage the development of tools and processes to streamline and automate work efforts across Training and other departments and will act as a SME across business units for robotics and analytics.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Analytics development and reporting for Training programsMedicare RTS reporting development, including intake and programming of robotics program to codify data into single database of recordsDevelopment of the Agent RTS Dashboard, including accessing, cleaning, and coding to provide comprehensive training, carrier appointment, certification data pointsDevelopment and programming of Smartsheet both documentation and connection to DOMOMaintenance and updates of all Data Point information from VUE for file load to Bridge and vice versaValidation of data integrity from various systems – VUE, data warehouse, cube, Agent Connect, etc. Bumping, scrubbing, and aligning as necessary to provide correct outputsDevelopment, implementation and reporting for both SureBridge and Agency Annual Compliance Training programs, specifically for necessary per P&P suspension and termination action•Investigation and repair of data errors in LMS and HM databaseCollaborates with other Departments to solution with automation to reduce manual processes. This includes Ops, Commission Accounting, Recruiting, SureBridge, ComplianceDevelopment and implementation of New Agent Touchpoint and Coaching documentation forms, tracking and reportingKey data point person for Compliance allegation/Agent Oversight tracking data between systems – GRIC, CLICO, HMIA, Excelsior, GO, First Family, TBDDevelopment and implementation of miscellaneous reports as requested and on demandMost, if not all, of these responsibilities involve significant expertise in Excel, Blue Prism Robotics software, DOMO and the LMS (Continu).You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience with Blue Prism robotics3+ years of experience building reports including dashboard development3+ years of experience in DOMO3+ years of data analytics experience3+ years of excel experienceHands on experience and knowledge of HTML and SQL codingHands on experience and knowledge of Learning Management SystemsPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degreeUndergraduate degree or equivalent experienceTo protect the health and safety of our workforce, patients and communities we serve, UnitedHealth Group and its affiliate companies now require all employees to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status prior to beginning employment. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
