Learning and development Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Learning and Development Specialist who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining training and development programs for our employees. You will play a key role in building a learning ecosystem that helps the team grow, develop professionally, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Reports to: Head of LnD Develop and implement training programs, onboarding processes, and upskilling initiatives for new and existing employees Create learning content: training sessions, workshops, online courses, presentations, and learning materials Coordinate training sessions: scheduling, organizing, communicating with trainers/mentors, and managing logistics (if offline) Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs — collect feedback, analyze results, and adjust learning approaches accordingly Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify learning needs, skill gaps, and create individual development paths Maintain L&D documentation, internal knowledge base, onboarding guides, and learning resources 3+ years of prior experience in a similar position (Learning & Development, Training, HR Development) Ability to design training programs, learning content, and conduct or facilitate training sessions Strong skills in creating various types of educational content: presentations, workshops, online modules, documents, instructions Excellent communication skills; ability to work with teams at all levels – from junior to senior Analytical mindset – ability to assess training needs, measure L&D effectiveness, analyze feedback, and propose improvements Proactive, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently Prior Experience with LMS tools/content creation tools Native level of Ukrainian, B2 level of English proficiency Background in a large or multinational company, ideally iGaming company Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, instructional design principles Experience delivering training sessions in an international environment, mentoring, or coaching What We Offer The opportunity to influence company growth and employee development – shaping a strong learning culture Work with diverse teams and support professionals in their development Participation in strategic company initiatives (development, engagement, talent retention) #J-18808-Ljbffr
