HRIS Manager

Our client is aglobal private equity firm specializing in growth investing across a diverse range of industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, and consumer products. The firm partners with management teams to support business expansion, operational development, and long-term value creation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support, training, and guidance to the HCM team
- Assistin theplanning and execution ofUSbenefitsopen enrollment andglobalperformance managementcycle
- Develop reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Monitorintegrationsand troubleshoot issues
- Conduct regular audits tomaintaindataintegrity
- Plan and prepare for system releases
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to global recruiting teams on the firms ATS system
- Design and configure workflows, custom fields, and integrations within the ATS
- Developreportsand dashboardstoidentifythemost competitive candidates andtrack key recruitment metrics
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of human capital operations experience
- Advanced knowledge of Workday and Greenhouse
- Experience with the full life cycle recruitment process
- Experience in data analytics and stakeholder analysis
