Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a Compensation Manager to join its team in New York City. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field, required.
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, required.
- Experience leading annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, promotion, and incentive programs, required.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking, market pricing, salary structures, and job evaluation, required.
- Experience supporting compensation functions within a law firm or professional services organization, preferred.
- Experience with Workday or compensation-related HRIS implementations and optimization projects, preferred. The salary for this role is $160K-$180K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
