You will build morale with your team and engage them with service recovery using Hilton's methods to make it right every time. You will be a liaison between the front desk and other departments. Does this sound like you? You provide outstanding customer service interactions and it's engrained in who you are. You are excited at the idea of working alongside a team to achieve top notch service and you don't shy away from guest concerns. You have a keen eye for detail, and understand the importance of guest experience from check-in until check-out. You feel comfortable addressing conflicts when they arise and making it right for our guests every time. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role. Qualifications Must have at least 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel environment. Hilton OnQ certification is a plus! Behaviors Team Player: Works well as a member of a group (Preferred) Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well (Preferred) Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity (Preferred) Experience Required 2 years: Must have at least 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel environment.
