TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44125!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 20 weeks (13 weeks also accepted) Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (must be obtained prior to start) Must-Have: One recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for Description: This position offers winter coverage for a medical/surgical telemetry unit. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel. Day shifts consist of three 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7:30 PM. Applicants must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification before starting. The role requires interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Recent references are required for qualification, and no co-worker references will be considered. Candidates must have active certifications in hand when applying. All requirements listed are non-negotiable, and no exceptions will be made. Travelers may only be submitted for one job at a time within the organization. A background check will be conducted, and any hits will be reviewed. Applicants must be nicotine-free, with a negative drug screen required within 12 months of start. Candidates are subject to a six-month break after an assignment of up to 18 months. Modules and assessments will be completed during orientation, with acceptable scores necessary to continue.
