Embark on an exciting contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the vibrant community near Burleson, TX. This full-time, full-school-year position offers a dynamic mix of supervisory responsibilities and hands-on therapy with an elementary caseload of 70-80 students per campus. You'll play a pivotal role in fostering communication skills and helping young learners thrive, while also mentoring SLPAs at the elementary level. With likely itinerant duties, flexibility and adaptability are key.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Previous experience in school-based settings
• Comfortable supervising SLPAs
• Willing to coach clinical fellows (CFs)
• Must have experience with elementary caseloads
• Ability to travel between campuses as needed
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaboration
• Teletherapy (Voco) positions are not available

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Supervise and support SLPAs; ensure high-quality service delivery
• Serve as a mentor for clinical fellows, fostering professional development
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Travel between assigned campuses in an itinerant capacity
