As a seasoned SLP with CCC credentials, you'll provide comprehensive speech services across elementary campuses, supporting student communication goals within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

In this contract position, you’ll balance meaningful direct student interactions with the opportunity to mentor others. Manage a dynamic elementary caseload of approximately 70-80 students per campus and contribute your expertise by supervising SLPAs and guiding their professional development. The role is full-time through the school year (FT/FSY) and is likely itinerant, so flexibility and adaptability will help you thrive as you support diverse students and staff.

Your background in school settings, partnered with the leadership skills necessary to mentor and supervise, will make a difference every day. You’ll also have the chance to support Clinical Fellows (CFs) in their early professional journey.

What we’re seeking:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC-SLP certification
• Previous experience in school-based SLP roles required
• Ability to manage a moderate-to-large K-5 caseload
• Experience supervising or mentoring SLPAs highly preferred
• Willingness and capability to support Clinical Fellows
• Comfortable with an itinerant work model and collaborating across sites
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership in dynamic school settings

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language interventions to elementary students
• Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback for SLPAs
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and progress reporting
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
