Position Summary As a merchandising & stocking associate, you will keep the store organized and help members find what they need. Your day may include unloading trucks, moving inventory, stocking shelves, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, and assisting customers. Responsibilities Unload trucks and move inventory in the backroom. Stock shelves, arrange products, and maintain merchandise presentation. Assist members with locating items, making purchasing decisions, and answering questions. Fulfill club pick‑up orders and stage products for pick‑up. Perform safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting and hazardous material handling procedures. Keep the sales floor clean, neat, and ready for members. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards. Qualifications Active high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to changing circumstances.
