Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be skilled at working with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Your role will involve understanding various cultural backgrounds to effectively meet clients where they are and tailor your therapeutic approaches accordingly, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and contemporary therapeutic practices.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and proven ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with a wide variety of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience providing telehealth services is also a significant plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience.
