Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions using secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld. \n Implement various solution-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, focusing on evidence-based approaches. \n Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that incorporate client feedback and document their progress throughout the therapeutic process. \n Guide clients in understanding their experiences and emotions, facilitating personal growth and insight. \n Assist clients in developing effective coping mechanisms to manage symptoms and improve overall mental health. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a licensed mental health therapist at Helping Hands Counseling, you will be working primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health needs. Our clients may be coping with anxiety, mild depression, or life transitions that require professional support. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping them enhance their quality of life. Qualifications\n \n A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. \n You must possess one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted, and candidates should have no disciplinary actions on their record. \n Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic disposition are essential for success in this role. \n A high level of computer literacy is necessary for managing client records and using therapy platforms efficiently. \n Preferred Experience\n \n At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling is preferred, enabling you to handle a variety of client cases confidently. \n Compensation and Benefits\n In addition to a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, our therapists enjoy a sign-on bonus and access to a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time staff.
