You’ll bring our scratch-made, Brazilian-inspired dishes to life with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and exacting standards. Whether you're searing meats, sautéing sides, or finishing a dish with flair, you’ll take full ownership of your station and the final product that reaches the guest.

What We’re Looking For:

- Passion for cooking and respect for high standards
- Pride in plating, detail, and presentation
- Experience with line or grill cooking preferred
- Understanding of kitchen timing and food safety
- Physically capable of working in a hot, busy kitchen and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Clean, organized, and committed to teamwork
