Position Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer with extensive experience implementing and supporting Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions and a strong foundation in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and enhancing SPM capabilities while leveraging AI-powered tools and platform innovations to improve delivery efficiency and business outcomes.
• This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, platform development, integrations, automation, reporting, and modern AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow SPM Development

• Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules, including:

  • Demand Management

  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

  • Project Management

• Develop and maintain:

  • Portfolio health dashboards

• Configure roadmap planning, portfolio hierarchies, funding models, and strategic objectives.

• Develop custom solutions using:

Required Qualifications Experience:

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

• Experience with enterprise workflow automation and integrations.
