Bascom Surgery Center is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our growing surgical team. This position is ideal for a motivated OR nurse with experience in Orthopedics- arthroscopic and total joints- and Plastics who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented ambulatory surgery center environment.

Minimum Qualifications

· Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

· Minimum 1–2 years of Operating Room experience

· Experience in Orthopedic- Arthroscopy and Total Joints

· BLS and ACLS certifications required

· Strong working knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical procedures

Key Responsibilities

· Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures as assigned

· Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and instrumentation

· Ensure compliance with sterile technique and infection control standards

· Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff

· Perform accurate surgical counts and documentation

· Monitor patient safety, positioning, and clinical status throughout procedures

· Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care and education

· Adhere to facility policies, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards

Work Schedule

Day shift | Monday–Friday (schedule dependent on position status)
