Your role You will provide patient‑centered urgent care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, diagnostic test ordering, procedure performance, and triage. You will collaborate with peers and specialists and maintain a smooth clinic flow with 4–5 patients per hour. What you’ll do Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x‑rays, labs, and EKGs. Perform typical urgent care procedures, such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications. Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification. Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license. Requirements Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses. Ability to treat patients of all ages. DOT certification (to be obtained before start date; company covers fees). BLS certification required before first day. Compensation Part‑time (minimum 2 shifts per week): $75,660 – $104,780 base; $75,660 – $119,449 with productivity bonus. Full‑time (minimum 3 shifts per week): $113,490 – $157,170 base; $133,490 – $201,177 with productivity bonus. Includes hourly rate, wRVU bonus plan, weekend differential, and benefits.
