Senior Network Analyst

We are searching for a Senior Network Analyst - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will support Local and Wide Area Networks, and Wi-Fi networks by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining an institutional data network.Think you’ve got what it takes?Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise wireless LAN (WLAN) infrastructure across corporate, campus, and remote environments.Manage wireless incidents and service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, and accurate documentation in accordance with operational SLAs.Monitor wireless infrastructure and proactively identify outages, degradation, capacity constraints, and recurring performance issues using network monitoring and management platforms.Perform wireless site surveys, RF analysis, spectrum analysis, and heat-map assessments to optimize coverage and performance.Troubleshoot complex Wi-Fi connectivity, authentication, roaming, interference, latency, and performance issues across multiple device types.Configure and manage enterprise wireless controllers, access points, SSIDs, RF profiles, and security policies.Analyze wireless traffic, logs, packet captures, and performance metrics to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.Implement and maintain wireless security standards, including WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, certificate-based authentication, and network segmentation.Collaborate with network, security, systems, and infrastructure teams to support wireless integrations, network upgrades, and technology deployments.Develop and maintain wireless network documentation, diagrams, configuration standards, operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.Participate in wireless infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and evaluation of emerging Wi-Fi technologies and solutions.Skills & Requirements• Required H.S. Diploma or GED• Required 7 years' experience in information systems• Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience.
