Gastroenterologist (St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group)

St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join its team located in Central Orange County, California. This is a collegial and multi-specialty group that is affiliated closely with the St. Joseph Hospital of Orange. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide inpatient and outpatient care services to a highly diverse patient population that ranges from adults to geriatrics. Position Details: Excellent opportunity for healthy work-life balance with 4.5 days per week (after 2 years option to work 4 days per week) Excellent Hospitalist and IR service Primarily outpatient care High quality, well-trained Endoscopy support staff Epic EHR & AI-powered documentation Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is between $450,000 and $724,002 per year 2-year guaranteed salary with quality and performance bonus Sign on and relocation bonus Robust benefits package offered including Medical, Disability, Retirement, etc Position qualifies for PSLF Malpractice insurance including tail Paid license renewals CME allowance 401K available Eligible to become a Shareholder after 2 years with added Shareholder benefits The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
