What You'll Be Doing Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to gain insights into current and emerging markets, competition, and customer needs. Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market opportunities. Roadmap Planning: Create and manage a strategic platform roadmap to achieve ambitious company objectives. Feature Planning & Prioritization: Prioritize features and initiatives based on their potential business impact and customer value. User Experience: Champion a user‑centric approach by collaborating closely with UX to conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and optimize user flows for enhanced conversion rates. Execution Excellence: Collaborate closely with engineering to define efficient processes and best practices that ensure high‑quality product development and timely delivery. Metrics Tracking: Establish and monitor key product and customer metrics to evaluate feature success and overall product effectiveness. Data‑Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to drive informed decisions and continuously refine the product strategy. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teams across sales, marketing, customer success, and support to gather insights, address challenges, and ensure strategic alignment. Requirements Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast‑paced, innovative environment. Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience in market analysis, product strategy, and roadmap planning. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
