Senior Graphic Designer

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Senior Designer to contribute across print + digital projects while working alongside a talented creative team. The Senior Designer will report to the Creative Director and partner closely with other designers, motion designers, and cross-functional teams to bring thoughtful, visually compelling work to life. This person is highly skilled in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, with an extensive understanding of how to create cohesive creative across a variety of channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who brings strong initiative, stays organized across multiple priorities, and consistently delivers polished work. They are comfortable taking a project from concept through execution, while also welcoming feedback and collaborating closely with the broader team. Responsibilities include: Design engaging print + digital creative across marketing materials, campaigns, presentations, social, email, web, and other brand touchpoints. Create strong layouts that balance visual impact, clarity, and brand consistency. Collaborate with the Creative Director, designers, motion team, and cross-functional partners on creative strategy and execution. Manage projects independently, prioritize deadlines, and proactively identify solutions throughout the design process. Maintain a high level of attention to detail across typography, production files, imagery, and final deliverables. Contribute ideas, elevate creative concepts, and help evolve the visual direction of the brand. Qualifications: Extensive experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating print + digital design work. Skilled in layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling. Experience collaborating with creative teams, including designers and motion designers. Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
