Claims Support Specialist

Supporting the claims call center operations, the full-time Claims Support Specialist will manage claim intake, provide administrative support, and assist adjusters while working remotely to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Key responsibilities: Assist with First Notice of Loss (FNOL) processing and claim setup, ensuring accurate data entry Manage claim documentation and correspondence, maintaining up-to-date records Provide support to adjusters by handling calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering status updates Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in insurance, claims, or a call center environment Strong data entry and organizational skills Familiarity with claims management systems (e.g., CMS, Snapsheet, ISO, Zendesk) is preferred Knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes is a plus
