Sales Support Coordinator

We’re looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our ever evolving Enterprise Client Relations Team and help shape the future of global commerce. What you’ll own Provide timely and helpful support by responding to banking inquiries from both internal teams and external customers. Review and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience. Proactively pull and analyze daily reports while maintaining organized and up-to-date records. Partner closely with Account Specialists to efficiently identify and resolve issues. Prepare clear, accurate reports and documentation for review by auditors and leadership. Create and maintain detailed process documentation to support consistency and continuous improvement. Contribute to special projects and initiatives that drive team and business success.
