Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support group sales activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with clients.
• Collaborate with the Director of Group Sales and Sales Managers to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our goals.
• Manage client communications, providing timely and accurate information to enhance client relationships and satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring all details are meticulously organized and align with client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, utilizing our CRM system to track progress and outcomes.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations, offering insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
• Facilitate seamless communication between departments to ensure all client needs are met and events run smoothly from start to finish.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented. 
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers. 
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. 
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 
• Training in providing quality guest service and telephone etiquette skills.
