Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental and emotional assessments to evaluate clients' conditions, ensuring that their unique needs and goals are clearly understood.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans through collaborative discussions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals and couples, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions that promote improved communication, resolution of conflicts, and fostering emotional connection.

• Remain responsive to clients' progress by regularly reviewing and modifying treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain organized and accurate client records, including detailed progress notes and treatment plans that document the therapeutic process.

• Utilize crisis intervention strategies when needed, ensuring safety and support for clients experiencing acute mental distress.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care, communicating regularly with related professionals to optimize client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including teens, adults, and couples. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
