Requirements 2-6 years of legal experience in patent prosecution. Admitted to the USPTO. Experience in wireless communication standards is preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent academic credentials. Education Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field. Certifications USPTO admission required.
