IT Systems Support Specialist

Our client, a government agency specializing in public services, is seeking a IT Systems Support Specialist contractor to join their team. As a IT Systems Support Specialist contractor, you will be part of the IT Department supporting SAP-related projects and payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: IT Systems Support Specialist contractor Location: onsite in Sacramento, CA Pay Range: $48.00 to $50.0 per hour What's the Job? Support and maintain SAP ERP ABAP development and programming in ECC environment Collaborate with team members to develop and optimize SAP modules and workflows Assist in tuning application components for enhanced performance and efficiency Document solutions and provide training support to team members with less experience Engage with business stakeholders to present solutions and gather requirements What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP ABAP development and programming in ECC Knowledge of Web Dynpro ABAP, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, Workflows, Adobe Forms, Smartforms, SAP Script, and ABAP on HANA Ability to optimize application performance and work independently or as part of a team Strong documentation skills and willingness to support team training What's in it for me?
