Our agency has been proudly serving the St. Charles, IL community since 1997. I’m a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and together with my incredible team of 6, we bring more than 85 years of combined insurance experience to the table. Community involvement is a core part of who we are. We proudly support local nonprofits that provide shelter, food, and health care, including the Northern Illinois Food Bank, Lazarus House, TriCity Family Services, and Random Acts Matter. We also actively support local schools and youth organizations. We offer a Simple IRA, health benefits, and a variety of workplace perks designed to support and recognize our team. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bill Nelson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
