We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Inspection and Packaging Specialist for a respected Electropolishing company in Fall River, MA. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking to join a team dedicated to quality and excellence.
Role Overview: The Inspection and Packaging Specialist will be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and preparing them for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished electropolished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify any defects or non-conformities and report them according to company procedures.
- Package products securely for shipping, ensuring they are protected and meet shipping standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspected and packaged items.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inspection and packaging is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Starting Salary: $18 per hour
