We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Inspection and Packaging Specialist for a respected Electropolishing company in Fall River, MA. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking to join a team dedicated to quality and excellence.

Role Overview: The Inspection and Packaging Specialist will be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and preparing them for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of finished electropolished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify any defects or non-conformities and report them according to company procedures.
• Package products securely for shipping, ensuring they are protected and meet shipping standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspected and packaged items.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and quality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in inspection and packaging is preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Starting Salary: $18 per hour
