Overview Group 1 Automotive is a fast-growing leader in automotive retail, and we are looking to add qualified Automotive Deisel Technician to our team at Group 1 Ford of Pensacola. Responsibilities Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors Qualifications ASE Diesel Certifications are a plus A strong passion for diesel engines, diagnostics, and repairs A Love of Everything Automotive A Positive & Friendly Attitude Tools Based on your Experience CommunicationSkills Basic Computer Skills Strong Desire to Provide Exceptional Client Experience Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a Valid Driver’s License We offer: Air Conditioned/Heated Shop!
