TheRestaurant Manageris an individual who partners with the General Manager to lead and support the success ofthe front ofhouse.You will lead and trainallfront of housestaff, manage daily operations,while you will maintainhigh standardsin Rocky Mountain Hospitality. Must have the ability to move around 80-90% of the shift. Must be able to perform work for 8-12 hours at a time. In your role, you will be: Teach, coach,leadand motivate the team while managing the day-to-day operations of running a restaurant.
