Key Responsibilities Evaluate and follow up on employee injuries. Coordinate occupational health services and case management for workers' compensation claims. Perform pre-employment physicals to assess new hire eligibility. Develop and communicate care plans in line with nursing standards. Work in a safety-sensitive environment requiring constant alertness. Qualifications & Skills RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-5 years of relevant experience; supervisory experience is a plus. Preferred certifications include COHN; experience with case management is advantageous. Additional Information This role offers full-time employment, benefits, and requires on-call afterhours coverage.
