Customer Service Representative – Top Optical Retailer | $17/hr | Remote (Mason, OH Area Only) Kelly® is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a leading optical retailer and manufacturer based in Mason, OH. Location: Remote (Must live within 1 hour of Mason, OH and pick up equipment onsite)
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Training: Paid, Virtual, August 17 – September 4 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)
Shift Information

• Department staffed Mon-Fri, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
• Final shift assigned during training: Options range from 9:00 am–5:00 pm or 9:30 am–6:00 pm.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver multi-channel support (phone, chat, email, social media, mail) to customers.
• Resolve service and support issues, escalating as needed.
• Ensure productivity and quality metrics are met to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Use professional, courteous communication at all times.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Be a positive brand ambassador and support company and department goals.

About You:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Professional and effective written communication skills.
• Basic math and intermediate PC knowledge (Windows OS, Microsoft Office, web browsers).
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Local candidates ONLY – must pick up equipment from Mason, OH office.
