Remote Call Center Representative

Remote work‑at‑home. We are hiring Remote Call Center Representatives to join our customer support team. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED. 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Proficient with computers and customer service software. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and a telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
