Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities Kforce's client, a growing organization, is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join its finance team in Grand Rapids, MI. This position offers exposure to a fast-paced, expanding business environment with opportunities to develop your accounting skills and contribute to operational excellence. Record and maintain daily financial transactions within the accounting system Reconcile bank accounts and company credit card activity Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation Assist with expense reporting and reimbursement tracking Compile documentation for audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements Partner with team members to identify and implement process improvements Why Join? Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
