Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for our organization in Saint Cloud, MN. In this entry-level role, the Receptionist will manage front-desk operations while providing valuable administrative support across Human Resources, Health and Safety, Accounting, and other departments.

This Receptionist position is based on-site in Saint Cloud, MN. Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of the company

• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly to the appropriate department or individual

• Manage the front desk area, including sign-in logs, visitor badges, and security procedures

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

• Support the Human Resources department with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

• Assist the Health and Safety team with maintaining records, scheduling training sessions, and tracking compliance documentation

• Provide administrative support to the Accounting department, including data entry and processing routine paperwork

• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate reordering as needed

• Direct delivery drivers to available dock doors for loading and unloading and coordinate with appropriate personnel as needed.

• Support all departments by scanning, organizing, and uploading documents into SharePoint.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Dependable and detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable interacting with visitors, callers, and staff across all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative support role
• Familiarity with basic office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners
• Experience providing administrative support to multiple departments simultaneously
• Associate degree or relevant coursework in business administration or a related field

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and standard office equipment
• Basic data entry and record-keeping skills
• Comfortable learning and using company-specific software or databases as needed

Background Screening

Candidates selected for employment will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment background screening, which may include employment verification and criminal history screening, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the required screening.

Compensation

Hourly Salary Range: $20.00-$22.00
