PepsiCo Truck Driver

Quick look pay: 62,100 annual. Target location: Concordia, KS. Work days: Five-day workweek with two varying days off. Start time: 2am and 6am. End time: Workdays can vary from 8-12 hours depending on market selling.

Minimum qualifications: 21 years of age or older. Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law. Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

What you'll do:

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
