You'll lead and develop District Team Leads, Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to deliver a world-class customer experience, keep every store safe and secure, and hit financial goals. It's a true multi-unit leadership role: full P&L ownership and the data to run your district like a business. You'll be a front-line champion of our values: Excellence, Integrity, Innovation, Passion, and Teamwork.Your ImpactLead Your TeamHire and develop engaged store teams through coaching, performance management, development planning, and day-to-day operational support.Lead district meetings and drive district and regional priorities.Empower teams to solve problems and deliver exceptional service.Review performance with the Division Vice President.Drive Store PerformanceLead store excellence and execution through regular site visits and coaching.Manage exceptions and use data to identify performance gaps and proactively resolve them.Maintain safety, compliance, and brand standards through audits and inspections.Build winning district strategies tailored to each market.Own the P&LOwn revenue growth and NOI performance across your district.Manage rental rates, discounts, Customer Protection Plan, and other revenue streams.Control expenses for the highest ROI per store and review capital budgets.Manage Product & VendorsOversee unit mix and optimize inventory to meet market demand.Supervise repairs, maintenance, and Extra Clean standards.Build and manage strong vendor partnerships.Lead purchasing, invoice approvals, and company auction processes.Deliver Exceptional Customer ExperienceSolicit customer feedback and resolve escalated issues swiftly.Support legal matters per court orders and legal counsel.How You LeadOur best District Managers lead with Empowerment, Accountability, and Calm.Empowerment: Gives store leaders the tools and trust to own their stores.Accountability: Owns the district's outcomes and holds self and team to clear standards.Calm: Steady under pressure.
