Now Hiring: Warehouse Selectors – Franklin, MA

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | 2nd Shift | $24.00/hour

We are currently hiring experienced Warehouse Selectors for a busy distribution center in Franklin, MA. This position focuses on order picking, warehouse replenishment, pallet movement, and operating reach trucks and high-lift forklifts to maintain efficient inventory flow.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM–Finish
• Pay: $24.00/hour
• Overtime: Required as needed. Second shift ends when daily work is completed, so the end time may vary.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and organize warehouse orders.
• Safely operate reach trucks and high-lift forklifts.
• Replenish warehouse racks, bins, and inventory locations.
• Drop down pallets from elevated rack locations.
• Move and stage pallets throughout the distribution center.
• Pull empty pallets from warehouse slots.
• Wrap and secure pallets as needed.
• Use RF scanners to locate, track, and manage inventory.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily production and warehouse goals.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous reach truck experience required.
• High-lift or high-level forklift experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience with rack replenishment and pallet movement.
• RF scanner and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Comfortable operating equipment at elevated rack heights.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move materials for extended periods.
• Strong attention to safety and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and required overtime.

Additional Requirements

• Background check required.
• Drug test required.
• Reliable transportation to Franklin, MA.
• Must be available for the full assigned schedule.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical demands may vary depending on assignment and client-site requirements.
