Pay: $17.00–$25.00+ per hour, depending on position and experience

Job Summary

We're looking to fill multiple manufacturing and CNC professionals for temp-to-hire opportunities in Arlington, TX. Openings range from entry-level machine operation to experienced CNC setup and programming positions.

These roles support fastener and steel manufacturing operations and involve operating, setting up, or monitoring production equipment. Candidates with experience in CNC machining, metalworking, threading, forging, saw operation, precision measurement, or general manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Current Openings

1st Shift | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

• CNC Setup Machinist — $25.00+/hr: Set up and program CNC lathe machines. Pay negotiable based on experience.

• Roll Thread Operator — $17.50/hr: Set up and adjust dies, gears, and pressure mechanisms; feed material and monitor thread-rolling operations.

• Rebar Saw Operator — $18.00/hr: Operate heavy-duty saw and shearing equipment to cut reinforcing steel to required specifications.

2nd Shift | 2:30 PM–11:15 PM

• CNC Setup Machinist — $25.00+/hr: Set up and program CNC lathe machines. Pay negotiable based on experience.

• CNC Operator — $21.00+/hr: Operate and monitor CNC lathe equipment and maintain production requirements. Pay negotiable based on experience.

• Hot Forge Operator — $18.00/hr: Operate hot-forging production equipment and use calipers and tape measures to verify dimensions.

• Roll Thread Operator — $18.00/hr: Set up and adjust dies, gears, and pressure mechanisms and monitor thread-rolling operations for accuracy and consistency.

• Cut Thread Machine Operator — $17.00/hr: Load raw material and operate cut-thread machinery to produce threaded components according to specifications.

• CTR / Rebar Threading Operator — $18.00/hr: Feed steel bars into threading machinery to produce precise threads and verify dimensions using calipers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, or monitor assigned manufacturing machinery.

• Load and position raw materials according to production requirements.

• Read measurements and verify finished products against specifications.

• Make machine adjustments as appropriate for the assigned position.

• Monitor production for quality, accuracy, and consistency.

• Follow manufacturing procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Required Experience

Experience requirements vary by opening. CNC Setup Machinists require previous CNC lathe setup/programming experience. Specialized roll-thread, forging, rebar, and threading experience is preferred for corresponding positions. Entry-level machine operator opportunities are available for candidates with applicable manufacturing aptitude.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Fastener, steel, metalworking, or industrial manufacturing experience

• CNC lathe or machining environment experience

• Thread rolling, cut threading, forging, rebar, or saw operation experience

• Production and quality inspection experience

Required Skills

• Machine Operation & Manufacturing Safety

• Precision Measurement using tape measures and/or calipers, depending on position

• Ability to follow production specifications and maintain consistent quality
