Agentic AI Engineer

IDR is seeking a Agentic AI Engineer  to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Englewood, CO. This role involves scaling and securing enterprise AI platforms on AWS, supporting critical analytics, machine learning, and AI agent workloads. The position offers a chance to work on foundational platform development that directly impacts AI product velocity, security, and governance compliance.

Position Overview for the Agentic AI Engineer :

• Focuses on scaling and securing the enterprise Databricks platform on AWS.
• Supports production analytics, machine learning, and AI agent workloads.
• Solves platform reliability, data governance, CI/CD automation, and integration challenges.
• Builds foundational platform layers crucial for enterprise AI products.
• Must have hands-on experience with Databricks, infrastructure automation, and AI platform governance.

Requirements for the Agentic AI Engineer :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Databricks administration in a production environment.
• Proficiency with Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tooling, AWS services including S3, IAM, and VPC.
• Strong Python or Bash scripting skills for automation and CI/CD pipeline design.
