We are seeking a motivated, resourceful IT Support Specialist with strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to independently investigate and resolve technical issues.

Position Details :

The IT Support Specialist will provide day-to-day technical support for DariFill employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software, configuring equipment, managing user accounts, and maintaining IT inventory.

The position will also assist with IT infrastructure, system administration, and technology improvement projects, offering opportunities to develop additional technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve employee IT support requests, prioritizing issues based on urgency and business impact
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, software, printers, and other IT equipment
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts, access permissions, and equipment deployment
• Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory and technical documentation
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365, servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve or automate IT processes
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and common business software
• Basic knowledge of computer networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently research and resolve unfamiliar issues
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize competing requests and take ownership of issues through resolution
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or other enterprise IT systems is a plus
• Previous IT support experience, technical certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
