Job Description :

The RN will provide critical care to seriously ill patients by:

• Monitoring vital signs and patient conditions

• Administering medications and treatments

• Performing complex nursing procedures

• Responding quickly to medical emergencies

• Collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Unit Details:

• Typical staffing ratio: 2:1 (occasionally 3:1)

• May float to the Emergency Department to care for admitted patients

• May occasionally care for Med-Surg patients (up to a 5:1 ratio)

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience (Required)

• Must be willing to float as needed

• Active Oklahoma RN License at the time of submission

Required Certifications :

• BLS

• ACLS

• PALS
