Compensation: $2460 - $2964 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

In this position, you will join a nurturing team that emphasizes the significance of keeping mothers and their newborns together, encouraging skin-to-skin contact, and fostering a safe, supportive environment. With 10 spacious private LDRP rooms and a strong emphasis on teamwork, you will have the chance to profoundly influence families during one of their most pivotal experiences.

• Deliver comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Assist in C-sections and provide antepartum care
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including lactation consultants and maternity educators
• Employ advanced IV skills and utilize the OBIX Fetal Heart Monitoring System
• Float to NICU for feeders and growers as necessary
• Engage in floor-specific orientation and continuous professional development

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications are mandatory; FHM certification is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting
• Proficient in C-section assistance and IV skills
• Willingness to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday
