Position Overview

The Recruiter I will support full-cycle recruiting activities using a consultative and strategic approach to attract, assess, and select qualified talent. This position will partner closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, conduct candidate assessments, manage offers, and ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.

The recruiter will primarily support production/manufacturing recruiting while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through candidate selection and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and recruiting timelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Source, screen, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates.
• Support recruiting for production, manufacturing, operations, engineering, and related positions.
• Provide labor-market information and competitive intelligence to hiring managers.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate availability, sourcing strategies, and recruiting challenges.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process and provide a strong candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and selection activities with hiring managers and HR.
• Manage offer processes and communicate offers to selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation, candidate records, and status updates.
• Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, candidates, industry contacts, and external recruiting resources.
• Escalate complex recruiting or compliance issues when appropriate.

Must-Haves :

1. professional recruiting / talent acquisition experience
2. Full-cycle recruiting experience — not just sourcing.
3. Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management .
4. Experience partnering directly with hiring managers .
5. Strong consultative recruiting experience — able to advise managers rather than simply take requirements.
6. Experience recruiting for production/manufacturing/industrial/operations environments is highly preferred and, based on the supplier comment, should be treated as a major requirement.
7. Experience using ATS and recruiting/job-board tools .
8. Strong candidate communication and relationship-management skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and recruiting priorities simultaneously.
