Facility Manager

The Facility Manager is responsible for providing high-level administrative, operational, and client-facing support within a dynamic facilities management environment. This role combines responsibilities from facilities coordination, CMMS administration, customer service, project support, and vendor management. The position ensures smooth daily operations by managing work order flow, supporting maintenance teams, maintaining accurate CMMS data, coordinating projects and vendors, and acting as a liaison between clients, technicians, and internal ABM leadership. This role directly supports the Account Lead and contributes to operational excellence, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Compensation: $82,500 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
