Head of Retail Stores, Los Angeles, California We are seeking a senior retail executive to lead a large multi-region store organization across North America. This individual will oversee field leadership, store operations, visual presentation, and store-related execution, while helping shape a high-performance culture centered on customer experience, operational excellence, and commercial results. This role is based in Los Angeles and requires a leader who is highly engaged in the business, visible in the field, and comfortable traveling regularly to stores and regional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead a broad retail store organization across multiple regions in North America. Provide oversight of field leadership, store operations, visual merchandising, and store execution. Drive sales performance, profitability, and consistency across the fleet. Partner cross-functionally to support growth, new store openings, and operational alignment. Develop and mentor senior field leaders and build organizational capability. Strengthen both the customer experience and employee experience across stores. Serve as a visible leader and brand ambassador throughout the organization.
