Position Overview Ryder is immediately hiring permanent full-time Quality Auditor in Charlotte, NC. Compensation Hourly Pay $19.50 per hour Additional Pay $1.00 shift differential Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm OR 4:30pm-3:00am (8 or 10-hour days) based on business needs Benefits On the Job Paid Training Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K etc. Start at 30 Days Paid Time Off 401K offers a company match High Valued Stock at 15% Employee Discount Employee Discounts that save you money on Tools, Cars, Hotels, Electronics/Appliances, Cell Phones, Travel, and much more Safety Gear Provided Safety is Always the First Priority State of the Art Equipment and Caring Leadership Requirements High school diploma or equivalent One (1) year or more clerical or warehouse experience preferred One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates customer service skills Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors) Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices Responsibilities Coordinates activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer and/or other suppliers as needed Using the location's WMS system updates area or shift metrics as needed Generates daily, weekly or monthly reports, memos, and summaries often of a technical and/or confidential nature Floor work and additional duties as assigned Performs basic administrative tasks for area or shift. Maintains filing systems and documents Gathers from and provides information to floor employees in his/her area of support Coordinates activities/meetings/communication for the specific area or shift Performs other duties as assigned depending on area supported or if location specific Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
