Senior Net Revenue Analyst $99K$130K Houston TX Hybrid Full Time | Financial Analytics | Hybrid Role
POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for performing complex financial analysis related to reimbursement and net revenue
Supports system-level net revenue reporting accuracy and financial statements
Develops analytics to identify and explain net revenue performance drivers
Reports to Director of Net Revenue
COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $99,000 $130,000
SCHEDULE
Full-time
Hybrid (onsite requirement, including Wednesdays and as needed)
ROLE
Support monthly financial close, including trend modeling and variance analysis
Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
Analyze financial data and identify key trends for leadership decision-making
Contribute to accounting reserve methodologies
Prepare reporting schedules for auditors and external stakeholders
Develop managed care contract performance reports
Collaborate across departments including finance leadership
Support net revenue system implementations and cross-functional projects
Monitor reimbursement and regulatory changes
Serve as mentor and resource to junior staff
