Sanitation Associate

Masis Staffing Solutions is looking for dependable, hardworking Overnight Sanitation Associates to support our client's clean, organized, and fast-paced facility. If you take pride in doing things the right way and want a steady overnight schedule — this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

Deep clean and sanitize production equipment, floors, walls, and work areas
Disassemble and reassemble machinery for full sanitation
Safely handle cleaning chemicals (OSHA compliant)
Properly dispose of waste and recyclables
Inspect all cleaned areas to ensure top safety and quality standards
Maintain accurate sanitation logs and report issues
Follow all GMP, HACCP, safety, and quality procedures
Support production and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Previous sanitation or cleaning experience
Experience in manufacturing or a similar production environment is a plus.
Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Comfortable with cleaning equipment and chemicals
Team player with solid communication skills
English or Spanish
